Shipping, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Shipping

All Kachara Devices are handmade in Kerala, India. Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days and usually arrive within 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on location. We ship across India. You will receive tracking details by WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.

Starter plan (app only)

The Starter plan is a digital product. App access is activated within 24 hours of payment, and details are sent to your email/WhatsApp.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is dispatched by contacting us on WhatsApp or email.

Returns & Refunds

If your device arrives damaged or does not work, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or video. We will repair, replace, or refund it. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days.
